GW50 steel bar bending machine has strong bending capacity, the diameter of wor ept disk is 380mm, It can bend the steel bar with diameter between 6-50mm.The bender adopts a closed noise reduction gearbox with ultra-low noise. The use of high-performance components makes the operation convenient, the quality more stable and the service life longer.
GW50 Model Steel Bar Bender is an engineering steel bar bending equipment manufactured according to industrial standard JG/T5081-1996. The machine is convenient, reliable and stable.
II. Main Technical Parameters III. Equipment Structure
GW50 Model Steel Bar Bender mainly consists of transmission part, rack, bending fixture (accessory), and electric appliance. The principle of main transmission is that the motor transmits power to level II straight gear transmission through belt, then level II gear pair transmits power to worm through driving wheel. The worm transmits power to worm wheel through spiral, so that the wor ept disk installed on main shaft gets power, which forms torque during bending process.
During gear transmission of GW50 Model, exchange assembly of 23/33 gears, then wor ept disk can get two speeds: high speed and low speed.
