Product Characteristics
YKM series helical-hypoid gearbox is a new-generation of product developed by our company. With a compromise of advanced technology both at home and abroad, its main features are as follows:
1. Driven by hypois gear, has big ratio: from 7.5 to 300.
2. Large in output torque, high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection.
3. Made of high quality aluminum alloy, light in weight and nonrusting.
4. Smooth in running and low in noise, can work long time in dreadful conditions.
5. Good-loo ept in appearance, durable in service life and small in volume.
6. Suitable for all round installation, wide application and easy of use.
7. The mounting dimension of YKM series are compatible with NMRV50 series worm gearbox (A part of NMRV50         dimensions are different from YKM50)
8. Modulaw and multistructure can meet the demands of various conditions.

Main Materials
1. Housing: high quality aluminum alloy.
2. Gear wheel: 20CrMnTiH1, carbonize&quencher heat treatment amke the hardness of gear’s surface up to 56-62     HRC, retain carburization layer’s thickness between 0.3 and 0.5mm after precise grinding.

Surface Painting
Aluminum alloy housing:
1. Shot blasting and special antiseptic treatment on the aluminum alloy surface.
2. After phosphating, spray the paint RAL9571 in silver white.

5. Can you make OEM/ODM order?
Yes, we have rich experience on OEM/ODM order and like sign Non-disclosure Agreement before sample making.

Quality inspection procedure:
We have 20 QC/QA workers.10 strict QC processes including incoming materials QC, IPQC  10 Ageing test QC100% products will go through a 24-hours ageing test QC)before shipping.
